(Boning) Owen Jian was educated at Boston University, where he received a B.A. in Economics and a minor from the Questrom School of Business. Additionally, he holds a M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California. Jian is focused on start-up business models and brings a sophisticated knowledge of how to support entrepreneurs. He has worked on designing marketing campaigns and sales events for Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies that included Unilever and Coca-Cola. He has prepared financials for a successful IPO of a large manufacturing business in China. He is currently pursuing certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM.) He has been instrumental in building out Change Lab’s financial structure, business planning and marketing concepts.
