We at Change Lab understand that it is not always a matter of knowing what to do in fund-raising, but also how to do it that can accelerate an individual’s effectiveness. Our coaching program is not training, nor is it consulting, nor is it mentoring – it is discovering what obstacles a person encounters that keep them from peak performance and taking actions to overcome those obstacles.

All of our coaches have extensive training and industry standard certification (ICF). They combine their coaching expertise with their experience in the world, many of them have supported non-profit organizations either as volunteers or employees and all are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of their clients and the communities that they serve.
For those participating in our edtech games-based learning, the course fee will give the participants the opportunity to work 1:1 with a coach to help them synthesize the learning. For each program we offer three half-hour sessions designed to help your participant hit the ground running!
